Our Leadership
Phil founded Digiphile in 2022. Prior to that, Phil was an equity partner in a leading international law firm, and ranked as a leading individual for data protection advice in the key legal directories.
Phil has 20 years’ experience advising on data protection matters, and has advised a wide range of technology businesses, from early stage through to blue chip, on their data protection compliance. Phil spent a number of years working in Silicon Valley, developing a unique insight into the challenges of running transatlantic privacy programs.
When he’s not at his desk working, Phil can normally be found playing video games involving Batman or Zombies, or watching post-apocalyptic science fiction shows on TV.
